Foods You Can Have on the Liver and System Detox
While the diet restrictions for a liver detox may seem overwhelming, they leave many great food options “on the table”. Here is a long list of what is OK.
This and That: Spelt or quinoa bagels, Cream of rice, Puffed millet, Raw almond butter, Sunflower butter (cane sugar an ingredient), Tahini, Amazake (rice drink), Rice milk, White almond beverage (cane sugar an ingredient), Herbal or green tea, Vegetable juice except tomato, Lowfat refried beans, Hummus, Mizuna, allowable seasonings: Celtic sea salt, fresh herbs, ginger and red pepper (no black pepper)
