With Natural Medicine shipping is worry free, leave the worrying to us! With Natural Medicine, shipping is low cost and as trouble free as possible. Orders under 5 lbs. (packaged weight) and $90 and over are free. Orders under 5lbs. packaged weight and under $90, ship for a low flat rate of only $7.95 per order (applies to domestic orders 48 states).

Domestic Shipping
Natural Medicine processes orders Monday-Friday. We will ship all orders by DHL Ground. For other shipping options please call customer service at 530-889-9359. Real time shipping rates will apply.

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order...Depending upon location shipping will take 3-10 business days

Shipping Fees for Continental 48 states:

• Orders under $90 and under 5lbs (package weight) a flat rate of $7.95.
• Orders $90 and over and under 5lbs (package weight) ship FREE.
• Orders over 5lbs will be shipped using standard DHL ground rates unless another shipping option is requested.
• Options other than DHL ground will only be used upon customer request and appropriate charges will be applied.
• Additional charges will apply if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different shipping location
• APO Addresses must be shipped USPS to all APO addresses. Shipping will be real time based on package weight.

Orders to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on real-time costs depending package weight, delivery method and shipping destination.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item should arrive damaged or is not what you ordered. Please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction

International Shipping
All international shipments are charged based on US currency, package weight and shipping destination. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.. Customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Local custom and importation laws may apply as will additional charges for customs clearance. The customer for international orders is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which goods are shipped. Before placing an order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. Natural Medicine is not responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. Returns due to a customs related issue, you will be billed a 20% restocking fee, and any additional shipping costs required by Natural Medicine to retrieve returned orders. Credits for returned merchandise will apply only when merchandise is returned to Natural Medicine in the same condition it was sent.
